Data Deletion Request

Request deletion of your SocialSuites account and associated data

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your account information (name, email, profile)
  • All scheduled and published posts
  • Analytics and performance data
  • Connected social media account tokens (disconnected)
  • Brand profiles and AI-generated content
  • Billing and subscription information
  • All stored preferences and settings

Data Retention Period

Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your deletion request. Some information may be retained for legal compliance purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

How to Request Deletion

Option 1: Delete from Settings

If you have access to your account, you can delete it directly from your settings:

  1. Log in to your SocialSuites account
  2. Navigate to Settings → Account
  3. Scroll to "Delete Account" section
  4. Click "Delete My Account" and confirm

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access your account, send a deletion request to us:

Subject: Data Deletion Request
Include in your email:
  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with your account
  • Your user ID (if known)
  • Reason for deletion (optional)
Send Deletion Request Email

Option 3: Via Facebook/Meta

If you connected via Facebook, you can also request deletion through the Facebook app settings:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy
  2. Click "Settings"
  3. Click "Apps and Websites"
  4. Find "SocialSuites" in your apps list
  5. Click "Remove" and confirm deletion
What Happens Next?

Confirmation

You'll receive an email confirming we've received your deletion request.

Account Deactivation

Your account will be immediately deactivated and you won't be able to log in.

Data Deletion

All your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.

Final Confirmation

You'll receive a final email once all data has been deleted.
